Early Learning Association Australia

EnrolNow is proud to be a long standing preferred partner of Early Learning Association Australia. ELAA is a peak membership organisation representing parents and over 1300 early learning service providers. The EnrolNow ELAA partnership enables us to better facilitate conversations and advocacy regarding policies, regulations, governance and best practice for our shared customers.

Burst SMS

With EnrolNow’s integrated SMS solution you can send bulk or individual SMS messages to Parents, Authorised Nominees and Educators. The SMS widget in your EnrolNow database connects to Burst SMS by Burst SMS using a secure API connection. Providing high performance SMS with end-to-end reliability. Burst SMS are 100% Australian owned, offering great service and support.

Department of Education Victoria

EnrolNow supports services by providing digital solutions for all Department of Education reporting requirements including: - KIM report as a csv export file for Multiple Child Upload in KIMS (Kindergarten Information Management System). This csv file is a specially scripted report in the required format so it can be quickly and effortlessly uploaded to meet Department of Education funding requirements. - Census data can be generated from EnrolNow Digital Sign In Sign Out. - One Funded Place form offered as a templated digital form standard in all EnrolNow systems. Parents can be emailed a digital online form. A PDF copy of the completed form will be attached to each child’s record. EnrolNow is agile, we quickly adapt our solutions to always ensure we are meeting the Department of Educations most current requirements.

Kinderloop

Kinderloop empower’s Early Year educators worldwide… through beautifully simple technology that allows you to document a child’s development effortlessly to your private Kinderloop, linked families are updated and engaged in real time. The EnrolNow Kinderloop integration is an API that ensures an enrolled child in EnrolNow is synced effortlessly to your Private Kinderloop. The bulk sync will occur in early January each year, with late enrolled children also syncing throughout the year.

Payrix

EnrolNow partners with Payrix as our exclusive payment partner for our fees and invoice module called Transact. The Payrix integrated platform offers a scalable embedded payments solutions for our Transact customers, from eDDR to ‘pay on invoice’ options with either credit card or bank transfer. With Payrix embedded payment solutions, our EnrolNow customers are able to efficiently collect fees, reconcile the payment in Transact with the funds deposited directly into their bank accounts and access to a friendly Australian Account Management team.

Offer Process Example Scenarios

Scenario 1

Council emails the family the offer and asks them to submit the Offer Acceptance Form. Upon accepting the offer, the child’s status will update to Offer Accepted and you will then be able to start engaging with the family directly.

Program Preferences Example Scenarios

Scenario 1

Once a child has submitted their additional days preferences, on the child record they must be manually allocated their days under the “Current/Upcoming Allocated Days (Unfunded)” field.
