The Victorian Department of Education is introducing Arrival, a new system designed to enhance how kindergarten services report data. The most significant arrival modification requires services to both monitor and submit attendance information at regular intervals.
For services using digital sign-in sign-out software, this update raises an important question: Will my system integrate with Arrival?

What is Arrival?
Arrival is the new platform for managing kindergarten data reporting in Victoria. The two key features of this system is the submission of annual confirmation data & attendance reporting (fir the first time requiring services to regularly submit attendance records)
To satisfy reporting requirements kindergartens must implement a compatible system but must avoid creating additional administrative processes.
How Will EnrolNow Work with Arrival?
EnrolNow is actively developing an API integration with Arrival to automate attendance data syncing. The Department of Education has not released all necessary specifications but we currently have this information to share:
For Annual Confirmation
EnrolNow will continue to support fully scripted ‘multiple child upload file’. From with EnrolNow services can export the formatted csv file for easy uploaded into Arrival.
For Attendance Data
- The API will be introduced in 2025, with data syncing expected at regular intervals
- Services will not be required to manually submit attendance data—the sync will happen automatically
- EnrolNow Digital SISO customers will be fully supported, ensuring compliance without switching to a new system
For Funding Declaration Form
EnrolNow offers the One Funded Place Form as a templated digital form standard in all EnrolNow systems. Parents can be emailed a digital online form. A PDF copy of the completed form will be attached to each child’s record.
Do I Need to Use the DE Arrival System for Attendance?
If you use EnrolNow Digital SISO, you won’t need to use the DE Arrival system for attendance tracking. Our system will automatically sync attendance data to Arrival once the integration is live.
However, you will still use Arrival for other data reporting, such as annual confirmation and other funding requirements.
